The Tech Scout Olivia Riccomi, supported by Confindustria Mantova, co-developed a project aimed at strengthening collaboration between local companies and high schools within the Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro (PCTO) framework. The project focused on connecting SMEs with students by facilitating the creation of multidisciplinary teams to work on small-scale projects. This initiative promoted an innovation-oriented culture, practical skills development, early exposure to industry challenges, talent pipeline creation, and stronger school–industry alignment, particularly supporting companies with limited internal innovation resources.
